Allow shortcuts to text

I was setting up a shortcut to text family when I arrived at a location and accidentally hit do not allow when it asked if it can access messages and now I get a message saying: “This shortcut can’t send data to “messages”. You can change this in the shortcut settings.” I looked and could not find what setting it was taking about
