NOT from Apple or Apple Stores.
Engraving of any Apple mobile device can ONLY happen as an online purchase service at the time of purchase.
Apple Store locations have NO device engraving equipment.
If you want an iPad to be engraved after the fact, you would need to find a local third party engraving services that is comfortable with engraving electronics devices and get a price quotation from them.
