iphone 12 pro max - Not able to playback any kind of video or music

Hi ,

Recently i initialized my new Iphone 12 pro max by transferring everything from my XS Max. In addition i download the latest iOS 15. When i am trying to watch any video from the gallery or open a video from youtube (both the app and through safari) or even watch tik tok videos , it stays frozen without doing anything . The same issue with music . When i try to hear my ringtone starts for half a second and then stops. Any possible solution ?

I have tried restarts , uninstall install apps etch.

When i record a video from the camera and then preview it from the down left corner it is ok . The same video from the gallery is frozen.
