iPhone 13 Pro ringing on silent mode

Hi I just upgraded to the 13 Pro and I’m still having a problem of rings coming through even when my phone is on silent and it’s extremely disturbing to my meetings when I’m on stage and can’t get to my phone to shut it up so I’m very frustrated. It is the fact that spam caller who want to get through to me , seems to be able to even on silent. Looking through the history of this topic here on this forum this does not seem to be an isolated case -has anyone found a hard solution?

Hey amazonlykos,

From what we understand, you have a call that is bypassing Silent mode. Do you use Do No Disturb? If so, make sure settings are set to not allow calls. Here's information about that: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

You also have a choice in adding the call to Block list: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
