Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I tried Force Start on my IPad and for a month it worked. I had not problems initally for a year. but now even Force Start, (pressing the Home and Off .top Button) makes the screen turn Black in a few seconds, but does not reset iPad in usual 5 seconds after that.

In such a situation, I'd make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
