it was a purchase for Fitbit on my apple account that I should have stopped but did not in time before the charge went thru. I am seeking a refund

For refunds on Subscriptions or Digital Purchases, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Here you can view, get Receipts and get a refund. I'll include a Support Article which goes more in-depth with it.
