My apple music keeps deleting all my songs and i am unable to play them offline, have to download them again, but again it deletes them. What's the issue even i have my optimize storage option turned off?
How much memory is available after downloading? Settings > General > About
That explains it. You’ll need to free space so you have more than few gigs free or buy a new iPhone. All the best.
