Print blank pages on Mac Pro

Good day all,

I am struggling while printing documents on my Mac Pro (Mac

Catalina, Version10.15.7)

By printing documents, I am getting blank pages or pages with

one line of special characters.

I have reinstalled the printer driver and reinstalled it again

but still facing the same issue.

We have it at home and connected via Wireless.

The second Mac Pro is printing without any issue.

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Many thanks in advance for helping.

Cheers

Pat

On your troubled Mac...

If it is listed as AirPrint printer, delete the existing printer in

> System Preferences> Printers & Scanners, and add it again, select AirPrint.

Connect an AirPrint printer to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support.

Hey Pat,

It appears that when specifically using your one MacBook Pro, documents are printing out as blank, even after trying some troubleshooting steps. Your other Mac prints without any issues.

To confirm, is this happening with any document you try printing? We want to make sure we fully understand what's going on.

If you haven't already, you can also see if restarting your MacBook Pro helps: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac  It can seem like a simple step, but it can sometimes help resolve issues.

Take care!
