I am ready to send watch for repair. Watch asks for passcode to open. Can watch be sent for repair still requiring passcode to open or is passcode not needed to repair it?
I will use the replacement watch box to send the watch. Please let me know which carrier do I use to send the watch?

You should remove the passcode by completely erasing the watch.
