Ranting here does not good because we do not work for Apple. The feedback link may not work for customer service complaints. However, you have a major Apple corporate office on the other side of the Irish Sea you can write:

Calling the store manager and politely expressing your concerns is probably the place to start. As someone who worked in retail for over 20 years, I can tell you that people who are polite get taken much more seriously than people who are not.
