iPad Pro Apps
Loading new iPad Pro with existing apps via iCloud but they won’t load after a full day now. Tried up button + down + press and hold main button to reboot, nothing. Tried logging out and in from App Store, nothing. Any ideas? Thanks

iCloud ONLY stores the data from the apps and not the apps, themselves.
You will need to re-download the apps from your Purchase history inside of the iOS App Store app.
