I bought an ipad pro yesterday, and the apps are still loading. Is this normal?

It depends on your wifi connection. Try restarting your ipad, if that doesn't work try a hard reset



Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.

Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.

Then press and hold the Power button until the device restarts.
