Tracking Disabled on iPhone due to Apple ID age

I have an app that I can’t use properly without enabling tracking. However when I go to my privacy settings to enable it, it is grayed out and tells me my Apple ID does not meet the age requirements…I’m 22 lol. I’m the moderator of my apple family and everything. I did let my underage sister use my iPad, and made the screen time settings block certain things and labeled the iPad as “my child’s device” but have since removed all the settings and also made sure the settings were not shared across devices at the time, so I am really just confused on how or why it is saying I am restricted.

Make sure you are signed into your own Apple ID.

Also, make sure the birthday on your account is correct

Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support

If it is neither of those I would try to reset all settings(not erase data)

It will reset all settings on the device including screen time, passcode etc, but not erase any apps or data.

Good luck!
