Series 5 won’t connect to iPhone 12 iOS 15

Apple Watch series 5 will not pair with my iPhone 12 , on iOS 15. Says it cannot connect to internet, when it indeed is. I have factory reset the watch multiple times, hard reset my phone , I’ve tried on a phone with older ios. Still to no avail.

If you are still unable to pair your watch, let us know which Apple Watch Series you have and if you recall the watchOS that was installed.

I just bought the watch from a rogers store two days ago, I cannot even access any settings on the watch because it will not pair at all. I have no idea what iOS it’s running on as I can’t get in. & my settings on my phone are correct.


in my original post I stated it was an Apple Watch series 5, a 44m in silver.


still not connecting at all.

rogers technician said the watch is problem broken.
