Homepod brick after software update

Hey community,

one of my homepod got bricked (completely unresponsive, does not boot), after performing software update through apple home app. Set up is in stereo mode with another home pod in conjuction with an Apple TV 4k.

We all know there are many reports out there of similar cases online. Can you advise what is the best was to get apple's attention on this matter?

Thanks!

We can’t advise on behalf of Apple. If it’s out of warranty they won’t replace.

If it can power on at all, unplug for over 24 hrs, then try a hard reset by pressing then top: Reset HomePod - Apple Support This may or may not work. If it can’t be reset this way, there’s not much else to try, sorry.
