Why can’t I share my playlist to friends on Apple Music?

Apple Music won’t let me share my playlist to a friend. And I’ve tried everything apple has told me to do and it still won’t work.

Have you already tried Apple Support? What model iPhone do you have? What iOS version is on it? Did you follow theses steps:
