iOS 15 bricked my phone, now it's stuck on Apple logo after trying to hard reset it

Most of the icons on my home screen(s) disappeared about 5-10 minutes after updating, then it did the loading circle, I had to hard reset it several times which worked at first, even though it'd keep blacking out the screen and show the loading circle even after the resets, now it's not working at all. My AppleCare just ran out recently and I have no other means to get a new phone if it won't work. You'd think Apple would make sure there are no bugs like this that will brick people's iPhones seeing as how they're so expensive but here we are. I have had nothing but issues with iOS 14 lately, especially with downloaded music playing from a dock or otherwise, now this. I hoped that 15 would be different but I guess not. Ugh.
