Email subscriptions

Hi, I'm wondering if you can unregister my Mail, because I get so much from Apple.com and all sellers hear from me all the time. All due to wrong pressure on my part, it was promised a free iPhone 13. would participate in a competition but instead it became a lot of sellers. How do I go about? Mvh Carina
