"Whats New in Game Center" popup is thrown every time a game is started

I have ran into an usual bug in iOS, wondering if anyone has experienced this before

Whenever I open a game or select a game from background I am presented with the "Whats New in Game Center popup". It's quite annoying.

I have had luck finding a resource to resolve this issue so any guidance would be appreciated

Device: iPad Air 2
