First of all go to https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin and click on forgot Apple ID or Password, and you will get an option to look up your Apple ID. Follow the steps after that and then hopefully you would have recovered your Apple ID. If you still haven't found the Apple ID after this, then contact me on this discussion for further assistance.
