My Apple ID were locked due to forgotten password

Dear Madam/sir


I hope this find you well.


I bought an iPhone Pro 13 and when I transferred my information

from the old phone 7 to the new one, my Apple ID () were

locked due to password forgotten.


 


An account recovery request for my Apple ID, ,

was made from an iPhone on 27 September 2021 at 13:22:21 GMT+3. The contact

phone number provided was


 


You said that i will receive a text or phone call at this number

when my account is ready to recover on 11 October 2021 at 13:22:21 GMT+3. For

updated status information or to provide additional information to help recover

my account.


 


the protocol was followed to reset the password for the account,

and you replied that the account will be restored on October 11, 2021


THIS IS ILLOGICAL


for your information, I am currently using my apple ID on my old

mobile which logged in my apple ID while I am sending this

email to you.


But I can't use it on my new phone so I forgot the password.


 


Please Help Me Recover My Account Now

And Immediately
