locked mac
input wrong password too many times, got mac locked.
went to recovery mode but request recovery key. i cannot find this on my apple account?
is there any way to unlock without erasing full system?

If you do not have the FileVault Password stored in iCloud and do not have that same password for FileVault written down on paper - there is not option be Erase the drive and Reinstall the OS.
Not even Apple can break the FileVault Password.
