Iphone IOS 15 Mail Account Settings

Hive mind - can anyone help.

I can no longer send email from my iphone since upgrading to IOS 15. Not unexpected. However, I can't find the account settings in the new system in order to update them. Where are they in the new IOS?

Settings: Mail: Accounts: iCloud is where I'd expect them, but nothing there. Nothing in general.

Help!
