The Home app on my Apple Watch doesn't seem able to talk to the Philips Hue lights in my home, they are all listed but all show "No response". However on the Home App on my iPhone all the same lights are listed AND they are responsive.
I've tried all the usual restarting routines, checked the network, and am on the latest iOS for Watch, HomePods and iPhone but no joy.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the advice. Luckily the recent upgrade to iOS 15.0.1 on my iPhone seems to have solved the problem.
Controlling accessories from the Home app on my Apple Watch 4 is working again.
Not sure why and how, but all good now.
