My I watch series 2 has a red exclamation on screen. I’ve tried holding the 2 buttons. But still goes back to the same thing. Help please

My iwatch2 series has red exclamation on the screen say go too help. I tried that. Pressed the 2 buttons together, but the same logo just came back help please

The exclamation mark has disappeared. Now having tha spoke logo flashing and a bell going off.

According to this link;

If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch

You will now need to send in your watch for a mail in repair.
