If the forced restart didn't work, you'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
I went two different i stores today and both said they can not fix it.
It doesnt make sense to me, do i need to trash it ?
You now need to send in the watch for a mail in repair as the support page says;
