Activity app of iphone 12 not sync with apple watch

Ever since I updated my iphone 12 to ios 14 (Now ios15) activity app isn't working properly.

Indoor walk gets recorded in the watch but does not show up in the activity app, outdoor walk workouts are missing, route track map does not appear any more. I tried restarting phone and watch and even unpaired and paired the watch again but no luck.

Can anyone help to resolve this?

Apple Watch resetting to New York and Cupertino All I just got a new iPhone 14 pro and synced it to my Apple Watch 6. Most apps work fine but the weather keeps resetting to New York and Cupertino instead of about 20 other cities on my iPhone. Both devices are on their latest os versions and I restarted both number of times. I also unpaired and paired it. I tried Apple support but they were clueless. World clock complications not refreshing For a few weeks now, world clock complications on modular watch faces do not refresh on my Apple Watch 4. I have an iPhone 11 Pro iOS 16.1.1. This has actually made me miss appointments because I look at the digital time display in the complications when I’m working. They don’t refresh by opening the app, having world clock in the dock, resetting my watch, erasing it, re-pairing it, restarting my phone and watch, or turning off background app refreshing and turning it back on and restarting. I’ve also tried turning wifi and Bluetooth and airplane mode on and off and restarting in different combinations. The only way the complications refresh is by having two faces with the complications at least two faces apart and swiping over to the other one. Then they both update. But it’s really inconvenient to need to swipe twice every time I want to look at my watch. anyone have any new suggestions for fixing this? It seems like it’s an issue with the latest update, but thought I’d try asking.

Workout routes not showing in 9.2 (Race Route) In WatchOS 9.2 I’m not seeing routes in the Workout app. When I go to the start of my route, select Outdoor Run and filter on Routes, there are no options. I run the same route all the time and it shows up in Fitness on my iPhone so I know the watch and/or phone is recording the route. I thought it might have something to do with my route not being along a public road. So I just tested by running the same half mile twice on a sidewalk next to a road known to Maps. It measured the 0.5 miles the same within a stride or two so that tells me the GPS reading is consistent. Still when I went back to the start of the route it did not show up in Workouts. On your iPhone in the Apple Watch App

Tap My Watch.

Tap General

Tap Reset on the General screen.

Tap Reset Sync Data on the Reset screen.

Then restart your watch.

And or;

Turn on airplane mode then turn it off again.
