I’d like to add existing apps/subscriptions to Apple TV

one usually get the app of the content provider from app store to activate the subscription

The Apple TV app on Fire TV provides access to
- iTunes Store movies and TV shows (buy or rent);
- Apple TV+ channel featuring Apple Originals, by subscription;
- other premium Apple TV app Channels, each by subscription.
The Apple TV app on Fire TV does not bring apps for the Apple TV box to other devices. You will have to choose from the apps available in the Fire TV Apps & Games Store.
The Apple TV app on Fire TV currently doesn’t support in-app purchases, so you will have to do any transaction (subscribe, rent, buy) on a different device. Once the transaction is done, you can view Apple TV app content on Fire TV.
