Finder is exclusively on Mac computers, not iPads or iPhones.

iTunes used to be an app on Mac computers but is currently only on Windows PCs. It cannot be installed on an iPad or iPhone.

You may want to reply with more information about what you are wanting to do as you should be able to accomplish it using iPad apps.
