Will the Migration Assistant copy a Windows partition from my old Mac to my new Mac?

I’m replacing my old iMac 21.5 with a iMac 24. The old iMac has a Windows partition via Bootcamp that was set up to run Parallels. I’m no longer using Parallels and I have deleted it but I can’t eliminate the Windows because it requires a Windows 7 disk that has gone missing. I don’t want the Windows partition on my new iMac. Is Migration Assistant going to automatically create the Windows partition on my new iMac too? Is there any way to set up my new iMac without copying over the Windows partition?

No. It only copies the Mac volume.
