Voicemail
My voicemail is completely clear. I erased all voicemails and I cleared the erased ones as well. I powered off. It is still saying the voicemail is full and can not accept messages.

Contact your carrier, voicemail is their service.

It is not a problem with the server. It is a problem with the phone not clearing the old messages.
Messages are not stored on your phone, they are stored on the phone companies servers.
