Mac mini M1 does not show up in iOS Remotix app device list

Anyone else had trouble getting a Mac mini M1 to show up in an iOS remotix app device list ? All my other devices show up fine for screen sharing. I can’t believe Apple hasn’t fixed this yet. Used to be plug and play, now it’s plug and pray.

Screen Sharing: I can see the user's mouse movement but not the screen content. We use Screen Sharing for several devices in our house. I am able to see the screen an M1 MacBook and an M1 mini however on my wife’s new and M1 iMac, I am able to login and only see a black screen but I can However I am watch her move mouse across the black screen. I cannot see is anything else. Any ideas on what is happening and how I can correct it? Paul
