Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I tried to purchase a movie ( more than once today) and after entering my ID I was asked to click on billing info ( which I did a few times). Why are my credentials nt recognized and why can't I purchase a movie ? thank you.

Maybe you should check on your apple id account first if there is any problem with transaction because your payment method have an issue, check purchase history for ensure there is no pending transaction before, if you find it so that you have to add your valid payment method to settle it.
Recommend to always update your software device version to the latest one, and if it still pop up then better contact apple support https://support.apple.com/contact
