Not sure if anyone else has been dealing with this. As of a day ago. I can not receive second authentication via texts on my phone. all other texts go thru. Just not second authentication ones...
I have the same issue. Got the iPhone 13 mini yesterday and I've not been able to receive 2FA texts from Robinhood and Coinbase. The 2FA text from Vanguard does go through though. Hoping this issue gets resolved soon.
i am also not receiving otp from my banks etc. only happened when i changed to iphone pro max. This is such a hassle

I just set up my new iphone 13 - I cannot receive second authentication texts from apps that require it. What do I do?
Contact your phone provider directly; not at the store. Call their Customer support line or use their chat if they have it. They can fix the problem. At least t-Mobile did for me
Contact T-Mobile directly through their website. Either via telephone to Support Center or Chat function. They are very helpful with this situation.
for me it was the blocked calller list that must have been automatically populated . I deleted all callers on the list and restarted my phone and a flood of messages came through. iPhone 13 pro max..
