I’m trying to update to ios14.8 / ios15 but when I entered the passcode of my phone to download and install the update, it’s not being accepted even if I entered the correct passcode. I already had 3 attempts and I don’t dare to make more. Please can someone help on this. I’ve been using the same passcode for a long time and it only had a problem now.
Hello ~ You may have to follow the directions here if the passcode is not working
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
Have you been backing up your iPhone? You may want to contact Apple Support to see if they can help you as well:

Hi Katana, seems like it worked but I tried it again and the problem occurred. :( Even when I want to change the passcode it on the Touch ID & Passcode, it won’t accept. :(
