Hi, I have AppleTV 4K 2021 updated to tvOS 15.
For some reason, I don’t have the Home app icon on my control center.
This problem occurs on all of my 3 other apple TVs. I have the Home app running on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and have HomeKit running, with several accessories and automations.
Pls help
Researching this a bit, I have found. it is possible, but you need to have added the cameras to the Home App on an iPhone, iPad or Mac before the Home icon appears on the Apple TV's control center.

According to Apple where exactly? I think you are misreading somewhere. There is no Home App in control Center in Apple TV.
What are you trying to do exactly?

The home app is supposed to appear on the control center. You can see all your cameras and control your home.
I am suspecting that it working just in the US but I’m not sure of it.
If there anyone in the US who can check if the Home simple appears please place comment here.

It works as intended. The Home app is not available on the Apple TV box, by design. Manage/configure your home and HomeKit accessories on iPhone, iPad, Mac.
According to apple, since TvOS 14 there is Home app in control center of the AppleTv.
