My iPhone has been stolen and I found the location of it on find my iPhone. Person who has my phone doesn't respond. What can I do in this case?

how do I deal in this situation?

You should call in the police and under no circumstances should you contact or try to find the thief! That could be very dangerous...

I was at a lokal police station, they said they can't do much as just wait until the person starts changing their location and then call the police. Didn't really help much..
