Try Compressing the File:

Use a computer to compress it. So do so, upload this to to iCloud, and then download it to your computer. On your computer, open it, and compress it. Then, send via a compressed file to yourself.

Here are the steps:


I. Compress the File:

Compress the file into a ZIP file.

Go here: Zip and unzip files and folders on Mac - Apple Support


II. Email it to yourself:

Add the Zip file to the eMail


III. Download it:

Once downloaded from the eMail, decompress it:
