I am having issues with the translate app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still not working. When I type in a word to translate and hit go it erases what I type and nothing. Also when I translate an image weather it’s from a screenshot or picture I get “translation is unavailable.” I have several languages downloaded and still nothing. On-Device Mode is also on.

We understand that the Translate app isn't working as expected on your device. The first step we recommend is ensuring your iPhone updated to the current iOS version as listed here:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Also, if you change the source language then change it back, does the issue remain? If so, we recommend that you reach out to Apple Support directly. Please reach out here:
