Volume control issues
I have just bought an iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14.1. When I’m using earbuds the volume adjusts spontaneously. I have never had this problem before with the same earbuds on my old 6S. Can anyone help, thanks

We understand you're having issues with the volume level on headphones. We're happy to offer some guidance.
To start, we'd recommend providing some additional details so the community knows where the problem is coming from. Do you have this volume issue on all headphones you use with this phone? Or is it just occurring with one specific pair?
You'll also want to make sure you don't have any of the Headphone Safety options enabled. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, and make sure the Headphone Notifications and Reduce Loud Sounds options are turned off.
