App with broken feature no way to contact
I have Comerica’s banking app, every so often, like month or two it would automatically turn off login with Face ID. Now when I try to turn back on it gives me an error, no mater my cell service nor wifi. The app has no way to contact the developers. The in app contact is just to the bank about bank account issues and have no way to tell issues about the app. The App Store’s “app support” brings me to a page on Comerica’s website that does not exist. There is zero way to contact them about app issues not pertaining to bank account
