My phone has spyware on it. My husband can hear my conversations and all my information. I need to know how to get rid of this

It seems like someone has secrets from her husband, well, but thats not my problem. I very much doubt you have spyware. However, if you are signed in to the same iCloud account as your husband and have Allow calls on other Devices turned on, he will receive your calls.
Settings -> Phone -> Calls on other Devices

Modify Your Credentials— ASAP:
With something suspicious as this, consider to perform the following:
Your phone does not have spyware on it unless you used "jailbreak" software.
If he receives your calls he may have cloned your SIM card, and I don't know what you mean by "all my information."
No such thing as "hacked" iPhones, unless it is "jailbroken." Unless you both are using the same Apple ID, probraly the reason.
