My wife lost the ID Apple

Dear Apple Team,


My wife using an iPhone 8 Plus, some days ago, we didn't know why the ID Apple request to log in, maybe it had been logged out by any reason. We had tried to log in but didn't remember exactly password of ID Apple on her phone. After several times wrong password, ID Apple has been locked.

You know, my wife don't know well about technology so at the first time using the iPhone, i helped her to create an ID Apple but my fault was using my company email which was deleted after i left there 3 years ago. So now we got a problem to unlock the ID Apple.


Could you please help me to unlock the ID Apple? Should you need any more information to prove the ownership of the iPhone, i will provide accordingly.
