twitter notification soundproblem

I’m on latest iOS update and this has also happened to me I don’t get any notification sounds or vibrations from Twitter they also don’t show up on my watch but on my phone it shows the banner and Lock Screen notifications I don’t use focus and my phone is not on silent switch anyone have a solution I’m going crazy trying to solve this

I have the same issue with twitter from yesterday after twitter app was updated.

i get sound only when someone likes my tweet, push up notifications are soundless.

i have already contacted twitter via twitter app. Waiting for reply.

Mine started 2 days ago, tweets trigger no sound but everything else does. Apple says it’s not their problem and twitter will no reply to any messages or tweets regarding the issue. Can we get some help on this please

I am having the same issue, it started sometime on Monday, can see the banners pop up, no sound, i have deleted and re installed the app multiple times, i have rebooted my phone, i have checked that focus is off, and that the silent switch is set properly, i have checked notifications in setting, i even reset all settings. what is interesting is after resetting all settings when i redownloaded the twitter app and signed in, i got a tweet saying a new sign in and that made the sound, and nothing again since then. i have the Iphone 13 mini 512gb blue model. just bought it about a month ago, and it has been great until this issue with twitter.

I am same issue across all Apple devices! No sound notification on iPhone, iPad Pro and Mac.

I just happen to notice it two days ago.

Annoyingly the sound notifications for work Twitter account, which I have added to phone and iPad, but my personal Twitter feed remain stubbornly silent.

Exact same issue. Tried everything from making sure my phone is not in FOCUS mode, notifications on OS level are set to Sound and notifications on the twitter to alert me with sound. Tried even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning off and on the phone itself.. Nothing seems to be working.

The Twitter Support account from Twitter seems to be rather useless in solving this issue. Apple Support contacted me (and I could even contact them via DM) about 15 minutes after I posted this issue but of course they couldn't solve it for me since it's a Twitter issue. Twitter on the other hand completely ignores this issue since over 1 week.

Same thing just started for me 2 days ago right on my iPhone 13 when t-mobile and Verizon were having service issues or whatever, yet I still get sound and everything for the other apps so idk what to do and nothing that would silence apps is on and I did everything to try to fix the problem

Same issue here. I have confirmed Focus is not turned on in any way. I have tried with the silent switch on and off with no difference.

I am also having this issue. I see the banners and notifications on the lock screen, but I do not get notified via sound. I am on the latest ios 15 version.

Mine just started yesterday!!!! Not sure what happened as I didn’t change a thing. Just all of a sudden my Twitter notifications popped up on my screen but now with no sound!

Me too mine started yesterday nov 22 I can’t handle the silence

I am having the same issue . It does that on my iPad and iPhone. Any updates how to fix this ?

I also contacted Apple. Their response was the same..not their problem..it’s a third party issue. And Twitter hasn’t addressed this issue on their platform either. Surely someone can find a solution

There were just an update for twitter app. Ill let you know, if sound push up are workig after the update.
