App limit for Apple ID instead of per device
How can I put app limit on across both devices iPhone and iPad? It seems like 2hr limit is applied per device instead of combined usage for child Apple ID.

It appears to only work on a device basis, not an Apple account basis. You can suggest improvements to Apple:
