Cant send or receive emails in Outlook POP account on Macbook Pro

I am using Microsoft Outlook for Mac (POP account) on macbook pro. Previously worked fine but now i cannot send or receive. error message is Server unavailable and Error code 16999.


Sending and receiving fine on other devises and to webmail.


Any help greatly appreciated

It is hard to say but maybe the Microsoft Help Communities would be of more value here.
