I am getting supposed Apple Security Center messages on my iPhone stating I have viruses found on my phone is damaged and I need to download a virus program requiring payment. Is this a true alert? How do I get the alert messages from continuing to appear on my phone?

If these messages are from your calendar, see:
If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14 or higher, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
