My iphone is not backing up because it says my icloud doesn't have enough storage. How do I access my icloud files to get rid of duplicates etc? Thank you

You cannot access the contents of an iCloud Backup (you can only use it to restore a device or setup a new device) but the following may help: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
