Hi. I have just updated my iphone 6s to IOS 15.01. After downloading and installing, the phone didn’t turn on. It shows only apple logo and says go to apple support. So I think the phone was not able to run IOS 15. What should I do to work it again and remove IOS 15 and back it to IOS 14. I need help!

This sounds like the over the air update had an issue. Try using a computer to reinstall iOS.

I used a computer to restore the software through itunes and downloaded the file. But it says the phone does not have enough space to install it. What should I do to open up enough space as I cannot use the phone?
I tried both options the update and the restore one but both asked to open up enough space. I first clicked on update button and it asked to download 5.0 gigabyte of file. I downloaded it but it asked to clean up space to install it. The same happened with restore option.
Are you certain your computer has enough space?

Yeap, the comp has much space. We need to clean up the phone’s space, I think.
Thank you very much, I found out that the problem was really from not having enough comp space. And I successfully updated it. Take care!
What options were on the screen for you to click on? Choosing Restore should erase the phone and just install iOS.
