Apartment door buzzer not working with iPhone 12

• Have you confirmed the software for the doorbell is compatible with the iOS version you're using?
• Is the firmware for the doorbell up-to-date?
• What's the name and model of doorbell you're using?
• How do you link this to your iPhone? Are you using HomeKit or do you have software from the manufacturer installed?

For us to assist, we will need to know what software and model of apartment buzzer system you're connecting with, as well as, how it is controlled by your iPhone (HomeKit or other software). Also, making sure that both your iPhone and the apartment buzzer software and firmware are up to date is important. The current iOS version available for your iPhone model is iOS 15.0.1.

You mentioned that you've worked with the management company in an attempt to resolve this issue; what troubleshooting actions did they perform? Was the apartment buzzer software removed and reinstalled to your iPhone? The more details you provide, the better positioned we'll be to assist.
